PuzzleVerse: Brain Games — Player Data Deletion

Request deletion of your PuzzleVerse data
PuzzleVerse does not require players to create a username/password or social-login account. If cloud player data is associated with your PuzzleVerse Player ID, you can request that data to be deleted.
You do not need to reinstall the app to make a deletion request.
How to request deletion
- If you still have PuzzleVerse installed, open Settings → Privacy & Legal and use the available data-deletion option.
- If you cannot access the app, open the PuzzleVerse Support & Contact page and use the MEERRIZ TECH developer support contact identified there/on the PuzzleVerse Google Play listing.
- State that you are requesting PuzzleVerse player-data deletion and include your Player ID if available. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or other secrets.
Data covered by the request
Where the data exists and can be associated with the supplied Player ID, the deletion request covers developer-controlled PuzzleVerse cloud data such as:
- Player profile information, including display name and Player ID association.
- Cloud-synced game progress and progression records associated with that Player ID.
- Leaderboard records associated with that Player ID.
- Other developer-controlled cloud records directly associated with that PuzzleVerse player profile.
Local data on your device
Data stored only on your device can be removed using PuzzleVerse's in-app deletion/reset controls where available, by clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the app. A web deletion request applies to developer-controlled data that has been transmitted off the device and can be associated with the Player ID.
Data that may not be deleted by MEERRIZ TECH
Information independently controlled by Google Play, Google Mobile Ads or other third-party services is handled under those providers' own policies and is not deleted from their systems by a PuzzleVerse player-data deletion request.
Retention and processing time
MEERRIZ TECH will process a valid, verifiable deletion request within a reasonable period. Developer-controlled player data covered by the request will be deleted unless limited information must be retained for security, fraud/abuse prevention, legal obligations or dispute handling. Any such retained information is kept only for the period required for that purpose and is not used to continue the deleted PuzzleVerse player profile.
Aggregated or de-identified statistics may remain where they can no longer reasonably be linked to the player.
